The high-speed shear mixer uses the combined action between the mixing elements andthe iner wall to achieve high mixing of naterials, which is completely differentfrom existing nixing technologies. The mixing container adopts a conical design and isequipped with an intermediate rotor, with a rotor tip speed of up to 30m/s. Underthe guidance of the done cover, the material moves towards the center of the mixer,and then its top impact blades efficiently disperse the viscous powder and liquidand control the particle size. The mixing mechanism of the mixer ensures uniformproduct mixing and short time.
